What to wear?
Comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement. A few layers will help regulate your temperature, you may get hot working, but you will cool down during relaxation.
It is best to work in bare feet.
What to bring to the class?
A proper non-slip yoga mat is essential.
Useful items:
- A non-stretch strap or belt about 2 metres long. A dressing gown/fabric belt would be ok.
- A yoga block (not brick).
- Before buying any of these items, you may want to check with me as I can buy some items at a discount.
- A blanket to keep you warm during relaxation and provide padding for knees and hips. A washable blanket would be best.
